I contacted Claire who immediately gave the run through of the local market and explained what to watch out for. I reached out a few days later asking if she could schedule a virtual tour and she responded immediately and a couple of hours later she was at the property showing me everything in a virtual tour. She has high standards and lets you know what to pay attention to.
